John is a quality craftsman. He did an excelled job repairing leaded glass windows that were damaged on our front-door. He suggested tempered glass that fitted nicely with the 1940s style of our East York bungalow. He did a great job. We are very happy. John was very professional and a pleasure to do business with. No doubt their dark roast coffee is some of the best. But this location is very small, busy and cramped. And the parking situation....difficult. Usually finding a seat is next to impossible. Balancing your purchases while waiting to add cream and sugar, a challenge. I will say the staff have always been pleasant to deal with, friendly and efficient. The selection of treats also good, if not a little over priced. Last trip in I bought a hot chocolate for a friend.... good. Another friend tells me the tea selection, also good.
So all in all, if the craving for coffee is great enough, take out at this location is the way to go.
