Stoy Fitness was established in 2011 by Nikolas Stojsavljevich, a fitness professional from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Nikolas has been involved in the health and fitness field since high school, being fascinated by the way our bodies work with regards to exercise, athletics and nutrition. After graduating with a degree in both Health Studies and History, he began to deal with his own minor, but nevertheless persistent, health issues. This is what motivated him to search out new ideas and methods geared towards improving both his internal and external health, looking past the less aggressive, but more common, western medical paradigm.
