Roma Kulyk (nee Hupaliwska) is a Canadian fashion designer of Ukrainian heritage. She grew up in Montreal and started taking sewing lessons when she was 12 years old. Ms. Kulyk received various degrees from Concordia University, including Political Science, Eastern European Studies, Business Administration, Economics and Design. Upon graduation, she landed a job at The Hudson's Bay Company where she gained experience in various areas of fashion retail Ms. Kulyk moved to Toronto in the 1980s, and at the time was heading The Bay's buying department for Women's Fashion. For a decade, she travelled to the fashion capitals of the world, such as London, Paris, Milan, Florence and Hong Kong, hand picking designer lines to be featured in the stores. Eventually, she moved from The Bay to Forsyth, a company that manufacturers for private labels, such as Pierre Cardin and Daniel Hechter. From this role, Ms. Kulyk gained exposure to material sourcing, manufacturing and distribution on top of her experience in design and merchandise buying

The evolution of FOREVER YONGE INK started with a few walls and some fancy wall paper and pretty much nothin more. A name was born and from that a shop was built. With some serious hard work and hustle within no time at all Forever Yonge Ink grew and evolved into what it is today. Our Shop has grown to big for our previous location so after months and months of searching a new one was found. The New location is deserving of a new name and the evolution of our tattoo shop continues with Forever Young Ink aka FY INK.
