Old Gold Auto Restoration was originally owned and operated by Ian Harborne and Peter Lerette. Two long-time friends that had been working on cars as side projects since 1965. In 1999, they turned their life long hobby into a business and they expanded to encompass both restoration work and the sale of restoration and speed related parts.In November of 2013, Ian and Pete decided to start moving towards the wonderful road of retirement and during this time, Serge & Denise Robichaud acquired Old Gold Auto restoration and incorporated the business. Serge is a certified mechanic and has been working on cars his entire career. His passion was anything but new, normal every day cars. Serge has a passion to anything antique, from cars, trucks, restored gas pumps, to anything related to music and garage memorabilia. He also enjoys restoring old cars, and modifying new ones! Being able to make a business out of his passion is an absolute dream come true. Denise has been in management for most of her career, although she does not quite share the same passion, she is married to a car nut and that my friends makes this venture quite exciting
