We are both certified A.I.S. Practitioners, which is a form of bodywork that releases tight muscles and fascial tissue. Michelle is also an Exercise Strength Specialist for hip and knee joint replacement clients and is also a Cancer Exercise Specialist for cancer patients and cancer survivors. Many of our clients have been working with us for 5 years and longer!
