Our on site staff are available 24 hours per day to provide assistance to our clients. Community outings are supported by staff on a one-to-one or small group basis as required. Each client has an individualized program designed to assist them in achieving their social, vocational and community reintegration goals. We promote holistic rehabilitation involving cognitive, physical, emotional and spiritual components.TLC provides a flexible comprehensive program which balances the need for structure with increasing levels of responsibility according to the abilities and goals of each individual. Our trained Community Reintegration Workers are supported by Primary Workers and Social Workers/Case Managers who develop and implement the rehabilitation plan.Our mission is to provide you with a safe, supportive environment during your rehabilitation process as you journey back towards the community, family and loved ones
