I had a wonderful time visiting Baldwins for the first time. The food is very good and the service is great! I read several of the comments written and realize they must be of a personal nature....not from someone writing a mature restaurant review. I heard of the recent changes and change is good!! Chef/Owner Robin Whaley, has enjoyed nearly 15 years in the food service industry. After managing busy kitchens in the heart of Toronto, she continued her training in the United Kingdom. These culinary adventures included the Head Chef position at a 600 year old Gastro Pub, and Chef De Partie positions at award winning restaurants in Bangor, Northern Ireland. Upon returning home, she decided to create a new challenge for herself. A great part of my cooking experience has been working with some very reputable caterers in the G.T.A.
