The management company of our apartment building treated 700 - 1,000 residents to the most delicious BBQ lunch provided by BBQ Gourmet. We had smoked Texas brisket, Nashville Spiced chicken and Scandinavian Style hot smoked salmon together with other treats. The directions were easy to follow and the food was ample for two meals. Highly recommend from a couple of foodies. Thank you.

The origin of Caterer's York dates back to 1955 when Mickey Firestone, following the opening of Beth Tzedec Synagogue, started the company. Since then, they have been Beth Tzedec's in-house caterer. This Synagogue is North America's largest conservative congregation with banquet facilities that accommodate up to 1000 guests. In 1995, we also became in-house caterers for Pride of Israel Synagogue.
