The thing I like about the Anglican church is the traditional services and ceremony but with a modern thoughtful approach to religion. St. Mary's has that. And it has a beautiful heritage building with stained glass windows and wood panel interior. The pastor and the people here made me feel welcome from day one. Great place to worship and meet people!

Hello - and welcome to the Danish Lutheran Church! I'm the pastor of this congregation and together with all the people who volunteer to keep this church going I would like to invite you to get to know us. We started out as an immigrant church almost 70 years ago, and now we are a church with Scandinavian roots in a Canadian setting. We still speak Danish at some of our services and functions, but as many of our members don't speak Danish, most functions are in English.
The church in Burnaby, British Columbia warmly welcomes you. We are believers in the Lord Jesus Christ who have personally received Him as our Savior. He is the most excellent and enjoyable Person. We love Him and endeavor to give Him the first place in all things. We rejoice to be cleansed by the blood of Jesus, God's Son, born again of the Father's divine life, and filled with the Holy Spirit.
The First United Spiritualist Church has no fixed creed or dogma. We invite various speakers and workshop facilitators to share their knowledge and unique perspectives along their spiritual path. Spiritual Healing, Mediumship, and Messages from Spirit from the foundation of our community. We welcome everyone to open their hearts and minds in the ongoing search to understand our human and spiritual natures.
