Dr. McNeill has been my family physician for several years. He has provided excellent healthcare services and has shown true compassion and concern for my well-being. He is thoughtful, listens and continues to keep abreast of new developments in medicine. I would recommend him to anyone. The Heights Laser Centre is in North Burnaby and had bonus Free Parking. I live in New West and it only took about 15 minutes. I felt comfortable as soon as I came into the facility and the staff was very friendly. I had a consultation with Dr. Jaffer and decided to get an eMatrix treatment to help with my aging skin. My dark spots lessened, my skin was firmer and I looked great. I also had Botox for my crow's feet and my forehead wrinkles. My husband did not think I needed treatment, but after he saw the results, he thought I looked terrific. I will continue to go the Heights Laser Centre for all my facial concerns. They are professional, knowlegeable and very kind. I am so glad I went.

I have had a severe headache for last 5 years and had to rely on painkiller even just to sleep. I have been to my doctor, neurologist, and even emergency room due to super bad headache. They took xray, mri whatever.. and told me nothings wrong. Dr Isaac seemed to know what my condition was right after he heard me my stories about the condition and he saved my life for this condition. I wish known him earlier so didn't have to run around all the hassles.
