Last week I brought in my mothers rings to be cleaned and polished, and to replace a missing diamond for her birthday. The rings were returned to me the next day and the price I owed was less than quoted. I was overwhelmed with the shine of the cleaned rings as they looked like new once again! Our clock needed adjustments. In 5 minutes he examined it and showed the problem in detail, gave an estimate.
He also stated that, when he begins the repair, if it looks like it will need more than he thought, he will stop and call us first.
The repair was completed on time, and the clock is working perfectly, for the agreed upon price. We were impressed with his professional manner and knowledge.
