We greatly appreciated the professional and thorough inspection of our home. Mr. Pape was punctual. We did not need to clean up after his inspection, for example, when he examined the attic. He was very patient when explaining the report. The report was enhanced by graphs, diagrams, and pictures. All the major systems of our home were covered. Mr. Pape highlighted items that may require replacement or maintenance, and provided suggestions on how to accomplish them. We are very satisfied.

Michael really took the time to explain his findings after he performed our home inspection.
