I took my very neglected ( not by me ) 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 to Vince and asked him to restore it mechanically to its former glory so to speak .Stating at the front working to the back and then top to bottom he identified and repaired all that was wrong while the whole time staying in contact with me explaining fully what was needed and why. I took my laptop thinking it needed major repair. They were quick to diagnose it. They explained what the problem was and how to fix it. They gave me the option of used parts if I couldn't afford new parts. Their hourly rate is a lot cheaper than other places. They even charged me for only half an hour of labour even though it clearly took longer. I am more then satisfied with their service. I highly recommend you take your computer to them for repairs. I called around to get quotes on fixing my laptop. Since I wanted to also get the laptop fixed locally, I asked if they would meet this rate that other BBB shops were charging. These guys agreed to match the price for me (another location refused and wanted to charge $50 higher than the BBB rate). Not only that but my laptop came back to me whisper quiet and totally cat hair free! Thanks! Wasn't expecting that. So appreciated!
