Inner Quiet Yoga offers yoga classes, a 200 hour yoga teacher training, integrative yoga (IYT), meditation practice, somatics classes, group and private classes, aromatherapy massage and reiki sessions. Inner Quiet Yoga is a place where you are encouraged to stretch and challenge yourself, unwind and relax, build stronger connections between mind, body and spirit. The studio welcomes anyone with a desire to learn yoga. Classes have a body friendly approach and are supportive of individual needs. The yoga practice at Inner Quiet Yoga cultivates health and well-being, moving you toward integrated balance in all aspects of your life.

There are 256 beds at FH organized into eight Resident Home Areas (RHA), each with its own care centre, dining room, activity room, lounges, spa, shower rooms and balconies. FH is a five-storey building serviced by two elevators and the main entrance is on level 2. There is no smoking room at FH. One of the RHAs is designed to meet the special needs of cognitively impaired, but physically active residents. Resident rooms at FH are designed to promote resident comfort and privacy. Rooms are furnished with an adjustable single bed (some are electric), night table, table lamp, overhead light fixtures, spacious wardrobe, high privacy sunshade over the window and sturdy upholstered chair. Each room has windows that can be opened for those who enjoy fresh air. In addition, each resident room has independent temperature controls and the Home is fully air conditioned. An interactive call bell system is provided in the resident’s living space as well as in the bathroom.
