Outstanding friendly and professional customer service and product knowledge! I first went to BBR to visit their free turntable clinic with an old turntable that I had. The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to make some repairs and adjustments to my turntable. When it was finally time for an upgrade, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. AMAZING service! they recovered my data for 80% less than what I was quoted by geeksquad... My external hard drive stopped working and I had a lot of important data on it as I am a professor at Ryerson and had all my students assignments on it so naturally I panic and called best buy (worst decision ever), they told me my drive was totally dead and it would cost $1650 - $2000 for the recovery. I did a search and found these guys for a second opinion, when i brought it in they quoted me $350 WOW.

The manager Tommy was really friendly and helpful. I brought my vinyl player and speaker equipment a couple of days ago and he took the time to show me all the cord options for the cord I was looking for.
