I went to Downtown Digital because my ipod classic headphone jack was broken. Apple no longer makes these products anymore and no longer services them, This was sad news to me because I depend on my ipod for holding all my music where I go, something I really value. I had a problem with my computer. One place said it needed a new hard drive. Brought it to CCS and it turns out the drive was fine. Windows 10 was corrupted. They reinstalled windows 10 and I didn't lose any of my files.
