Delivered our spa on time and as promised AND have been quick with the turn around on warranty work. PLUS an incredibly knowledgeable woman doing their water testing. The transition has been quite seamless from Protelec to api. I recently had a service call by api to replace two obsolete smoke detectors and at the same time the battery was changed in my control panel with a full system check. As good as ProTelec was for more than 30 years, these elements should have been changed out long ago. This work was initiated by api. The service tech was on time, very courteous and competent. Overall I was quite pleased with my first real interaction with api Alarms.
