In over 50 years of operations, Tre Mari Bakery has always been a family affair. Tre Mari Bakery started out as a quaint little grocery store/bakery in a predominantly Italian neighborhood on St. Clair Ave. West. Vincent and his wife Mary Deleo worked diligently and were as concerned with making a quality product as they were with serving the community.

Hotti Biscotti's grand opening in cozy Westdale Village. Initially starting with a family biscotti recipe- she began creating fun and delicious additions to her biscotti. Gaining praise over her softer biscotti- new desserts began flooding out of her tiny 200 SQ foot bakery and into café's and restaurants all throughout Hamilton.

Kelly's Bake Shoppe! Kelly Childs and Erinn Weatherbie opened their shop, motivated by the desire to create mouth-watering baked goods but with healthy, guilt-free ingredients. Now, thousands flock to this delicious haven on a weekly basis to devour their cupcakes, cookies, cakes and much more.
