Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. We just got back from vacation and our dog is extremely high energy and we thought that he would still be that way when we came to pick him up but that was not the case he has not moved since we brought him home and yes he is breathing Lol. They treated him fantastically and the groomers did a fantastic job with him and we are excited to go away on our next vacation and know that he is in great hands .
