The Grand River Dance Academy is located in Downtown Fergus. Dancers come from Fergus, Elora, Arthur, and Guelph areas to enjoy our professional and fun classes. Our primary focus is on technique and having fun learning it. GRDA is a registered RAD, CDTA and Acrobatic Arts facility, which means we belong to national and international dance federations that require it's members to be accountable for the material we teach. Did you know RAD and CDTA instructors are required to have yearly training and/or attend workshops or other dance related activities in order to maintain their membership? Why would you trust your child's dance education with anything less.
The GRDA serves Fergus, Elora, Arthur and Guelph. We offer programs for Children, Adults, Birthday Parties, Christmas Parade and recital summer camp.
Micki's Dance Connection offers specialized programs of the highest quality of dance instruction and award winning choreography, in a positive, fun atmosphere. Our goal is to instill a love of dance in each student while building confidence, discipline and realizing dreams. Micki's Dance Connection is fortunate to have some of the areas most experienced teaching staff. Classes are offered to both boys and girls ages 2 to adult, to recreational and competitive dancers. We specialize in all disciplines of dance, including ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, acro/gymnastics and musical theatre. A Registered Nurse and an Early Childhood teacher are on staff, to ensure your children are safe and that their needs are always met. In 2002, the Academy of Dance opened its doors under the artistic direction of Krista Faraday. In a short period of time the studio grew into a busy and fun location for students of all ages.Throughout the years the Academy has participated in many community events, along with competing in the Kamloops Festival of the Performing Arts as well as attending many dance conventions. The studio holds a very knowledgeable staff who keep their training current and challenging. We hold 2 shows throughout the dance year. Our winter recital is held in December and our big year end performance at the Sagebrush Theatre at the end of May. Both performances give our students a chance to show off their hard work!
We are a fitness and dance studio in downtown Kitchener, offering open adult classes from beginner to advanced levels. We have 3 large studios in our 6,000 sq ft facility, change rooms with showers available. All of our classes are only $10 each, drop-in and pay-as-you-go. There are no enrollment or registration fees! We also offer private stagette parties!
