We are a dance school providing high quality teaching of ballroom and Latin dance style. We provide an easy to learn program, covering social to competitive dancing in a fun, friendly environment.
At Star Dance Academy, we pride ourselves on being a welcoming, family-friendly environment that aims to enrich the lives of children through helping them develop confidence, teamwork, discipline, creativity, and much more. From our three-year old Twinkle Toes, to our recreational students, to our seasoned Competitive dancers, all students are treated like part of the Star Dance Academy family and are provided equal opportunities to learn and grow as dancers.
We offer a multitude of classes in both our Recreational and Competition programs. Our studio trains students in Royal Academy of Dance and British Association of Teachers of Dancing syllabus.
Classes offered: Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Musical Theatre, Acro, Tap, and Hip Hop
Nancy Sit, Fung Bobo, Sum Sum, Ban Ban, the late Roman Tam and Leslie Cheung, as well as younger entertainers like Karen Mok and Charlene Choi. she continues to study the traditional art form and has taken part in charity performances, thus experiencing once again the thrill of performing on stage.
