Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I used molly maid service to clean my new home before I moved in. Turns out they don't actually clean. Appliances weren't cleaned, they didn't vacuum and found dust in most places. They were given two - three hours to clean and only stayed just over an hour. I will never use molly maid cleaning services again and don't recommend it.
