In staff.Currently the employee's are the best the store has ever had.Your always welcomed and greeted with a curteous smile, your asked how they can help you today, exemplorary service..all staff are knowledgeable, polite, treat you like a human being. Great staff, they should all be given a raise. The store itself has some overpriced items. The Dog grooming department is wonderful, excellent work,!

I did my apprenticeship at Dealing with Dogs (DWD) in Oakville, Ontario under the tutelage of Judy Emmert. This apprenticeship program is based on theory, class demonstrations, training and instructing. I also attend seminars on dog behaviour, psychology and training methods.
