I've been doing business with this company for about 5 years. Never a problem. It's hard to give a full 5/5 recommendation to any place, but.. Honest Safety Inspections, A quality of work I've come to trust, and a price that I never feel taken advantage of. (Which is a lot more than I can say for many auto shops I've dealt with over the years)

I hauled in an older Forte wheelbarrow that had a totally flat tire. Turns out the plastic rim had a small crease in it causing the tubeless tire to deflate totally. Scott at Princess took the time to fix me up with an inexpensive solution.... a tube for the tire and also spent about 40 minutes installing it. There is no way I could have done the repair on this tire which flopped around. He stabilized the tire with a cord and was very creative in his approach to a solution. Very grateful!!
