No Frills is my Go To store for everything. The staff are wonderful and very friendly ; however last week I was very disappointed. I realize the customer is 2 pack their own groceries and I did. I had approximately 12 - 15 items. I feel the young gentleman in this situation could have made an exception and assisted me. I had purchased a black square grocery bag so I wouldn’t need to use 2 plastic bags easier to carry. I have a broken arm and the young gentleman left and went to another. ?

Just wanted to say what a wonderful consultation I had with Holly. I have been going through some health issues that had been dismissed by a few dr's or left them puzzled as to what may be wrong and she truly took the time, listened and was able to explain things to me in such a way that makes perfect sense.
