Harold Elston is a graduate of the School of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Waterloo and holds an Honours Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree from that University. Upon his graduation as a planner, Harold worked as a consultant for what is now PriceWaterhouseCoopers, earned his membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners, and became a Registered Professional Planner. Harold graduated from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University in 1986 and was called to the bar in Ontario in 1988.
