I understand that Clarins is the representative of Thierry Mugler perfumes in Montreal.
I want to know if Mugler has changed the scent of ANGEL eau de parfum.
I refilled my bottle at the Bay in Fairview and the scent is not the same. This is the second time this has happened.
I used to get so many compliments from everybody and now I feel the scent is not the same.
