When we first opened The Glen in 1988 we could not have predicted the incredible experience that we would share with the Ottawa community in the coming decades. 1-An adults only weight loss program. 2. Family Reset, is a program that is FREE and funded by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care delivered exclusively to parents of children between the ages of 5-12 whose weights are of concern.
