EUTC is a Winnipeg-based service organization in operation since 2005. We are mandated by the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs to serve as a social service organization addressing transitional issues of First Nation citizens. Centrally located in Winnipeg's downtown, the EUTC assists more that 1700 individuals and families in the areas of housing, addictions, referrals, counseling, advocacy and other enhanced services. The Centre on Aging at the University of Manitoba is conducting the Age-Friendly Communities Research Alliance . This project supports seniors in leading active, socially engaged, independent lives that contribute to healthy aging.

Caroline is the Executive Director for the Diabetes Integration Project. Caroline originates from the Pine Creek First Nation in the West Region Tribal Council region. Her nursing career began at Red River Community College where she graduated in 1986 with a Licensed Practical Nursing Certificate. Caroline continued her education on a part time basis and completed the Registered Nursing Diploma in Nursing in 1988.
