Allcraft were the most professional/knowledgeable of the companies we contacted. We wanted a quality product and they delivered. Communication was easy and were impressed at how quickly was finished. Absolutely excellent service. My lift station pump stopped working, and the service was prompt. The technician brought a nice new pump to install, but found a wiring problem in my existing unit. He fixed the issue, got the old pump working and only billed me for the service call, rather than installing a new expensive pump. My bill was 20% of what he could have charged me. I will definitely call Davies next time.
