He has been the chief instructor for the Industrial Audiometric Technicians program sponsored by Workplace Health & Safety for the past 19 years. We provide an array of diagnostic and consultative services. We perform a traditional audiological battery for assessment of hearing and communication ability, as well as, site of lesion testing. We are a diagnostic resource for the Worker's Compensation Board, and Veteran's Affairs Canada as well as many Physicians throughout the city.

The name Ma Mawi Wi Chi Itata translates from Ojibway into the phrase 'we all work together to help one another'. GRASSROOTS NEWSWe publish 20,000 copies of our paper each issue with distribution throughout the Province of Manitoba including major urban centres such as Winnipeg, Brandon, Portage la Prairie, Thompson and The Pas.Readership values are estimated at approx 80,000 per issue with key demographic representing First Nation and Metis organizations, business offices and grassroots readership (individuals) in urban and rural areas of the province. All Manitoba First Nation communities along Metis regional offices receive copies of our paper. We are well read and respected among Manitoba's Aboriginal population and have regular columns written by Grand Chief Ron Evans (AMC - Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs), David Chartrand (MMF President - Manitoba Metis Federation), Grand Chief Morris Shannacappo (SCO -Southern Chiefs Organization) among other Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal political figures.

Our GoalsTo provide quality adult education, post-secondary education, trades training, daycare facilities, and student transitional housing as needed.- To provide employment and education services to approximately 2,400 people per annum.- To place an average of 1,200 people yearly in successful employment.- To train 500 people per annum.- To continue to meet or to exceed our vision, our mandate and our goals on a yearly basis.
