He is a past Chairman of the Canadian Importers Association and served as a consultant to the Canadian Customs Review Task Force during the Tokyo round of GATT negotiations. Rolf is now enjoying his retirement while his sons, Bernard and Peter, continue to develop a unique concept within our industry., Welke Customs began as a Customs Broker catering to the time-sensitive newspaper and magazine industry.
