While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. I have been bringing my diesel in since 2014, and will continue to. You get full customer service here. The owner cares about his customers. The mechanics are awesome, efficient, and detailed. They give me plenty of information and advice on how to move forward with my repairs.
