I really feel comfortable here and that Dr. Arauz is really listening to what I say and takes me seriously. I am a BIG skeptic of chiropractic care, having been to several doctors and never getting results or explanations that I believed in. Dr. Mark is the first one I have seen who has really helped, who actually makes sense when he explains chiropractic care. He knows his practice and sets realistic expectations. I was very happy with the front staff and how nice they were to my puppy giving her treats for her first visit. My appointment however was at 1:40 and I didn't see the Vet till 2:30. I work so I need to know that if this is normal so I can schedule accordingly. Otherwise I like the staff and the Vet was good too.
