Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. This company and it's employees are second to none! I called to ask for price and availability on a briggs & stratton fuel pump for my ride on lawnmower. I talked to KEN and he said that 9 times out of ten the carb needs cleaning. He was absolutely right! Thank you for your honesty and integrity! This irish style pub is just fantastic. Me plus five others went to dine and had a very divers choice of food. We all had the wings wich are very tastey and very saucey. I had the perogies with cherizo and it was absolutley great. My friends all enjoyed there food (minus the soup). Would eat there again. Service was allso great.

What an amazing transformation - they touched every area of the car and took care of some rather difficult paint chips..can't say enough about the Job they did..it brought more value to the car.
