We had a problem with our SUV as the tracking seem to short out our starter. My mechanic was certain this was the problem but Genuine Tracking Solutions were not quite convinced, but nevertheless they paid for the problem to get fixed and reimbursed us the money we put out for the mechanic. They are completely honest people, and there is not too many people like this today. If I could I would give Genuine Tracking Solutions a 10 Star **********, but only shows 5 Star *****.
