However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. I've been dealing with this store for many years. Now, with everything going on, I order through the phone and the experience is just as good as it is in the store. For small things, I do go in but for everything else, over the phone. The amazing person I deal with is Tom V. The experience through the phone is incredible, just like in the store.
