Treherne Delahunt Golf and Country Club is a beautiful 9 hole course which plays as 18 holes with alternate tee areas on each hole. With a new clubhouse in 2005, lush fairways and greens, and challenging links, the course is something the community can be proud of. Large oak, poplar and spruce trees line many of its fairways, making most of them tight and unforgiving. This is especially true on the course's most difficult hole, the 460 yard 8th. While not overly long for a par 5, a booming drive is needed to carry the water or lay-up and challenge the 90 degree dog-leg surrounded by trees, water and sand. Other holes worthy of mention are the 2nd and 9th holes, each measuring over 500 yards.

Regardless of whether you are a lady golfer, a junior or a male golfer, the Thompson Golf course has a challenge for you.Since the course was designed by renowned Canadian architect Sandy Ferguson and laid out over forty-five years ago, the layout has been tweaked to the current design.
