Ongwanada has been a member of the community for more than 60 years. Our name, an Ojibwa term for 'our home', is a fitting symbol for our vision, mission and values.We support people with developmental disabilities and their families, respecting their rights, increasing their opportunities to make choices and decisions about the quality of their lives and responding to their changing needs.
Doing a fantastic job of supporting those who are developmentally delayed. Very many of these clients have multiple challenges. Ongwanada offers these individuals and their families a chance to feel part of a loving community.Read more
Gentle Beginnings Midwifery serves the townships of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry and also includes the following boundaries: South to the St-Lawrence River, North to the 417 and Hwy 8, West to the 416 and East to the Quebec boundary.
