When budget and schedule are generous you have a large palette to choose from when it comes to executing the job. The palette shrinks when the job is lean. That does not necessarily mean you have to compromise the creative outcome. I look back at some jobs that only left room for a simple approach and in the end the creative outcome was the best for the given script.
