Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!

Their custom builds suited my budget & needs. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, & made sure every aspect was covered. The staff was also incredibly friendly & helpful & their level of service & technical expertise is unmatched.
