I offer counselling to individuals, couples and families, including adults and youth. I am a registered clinical social worker and have been in practice for over 30 years. I can assist you with relationship and family issues; parenting; helpful approaches to managing stress and anxiety; overcoming depression; recovery from eating disorders and addictions, trauma-based guilt and shame, self-esteem, peer issues, life transitions, and changing self-defeating behaviours through mindfulness approaches. I have a special interest in assisting families undergoing the painful process of separation and divorce, including individual adults as well as youth.
