Rachel was born and raised in Ontario’s Niagara Region and moved to British Columbia in 1994. She obtained a BA in Psychology and Criminology in 2000 from Simon Fraser University and her Law Degree in 2004 from the University of Windsor. Summit Medical Clinic has been a part of Kamloops since the early 1990s. Two young doctors moved from Logan Lake and set up a walk-in clinic at a strip mall on Summit Drive. The Clinic was open until 9:00pm and Walk-in clinics were on their way into Medical culture. Neither of the first two doctors practice at Summit Clinic today.
