After several bad hair cuts and unpleasant experiences I knew it was time to get my hair done again, so this time I called Chop. The Owner recommended I see Jayson. I was a bit nervous when I arrived but Jayson made me feel at ease. He had many engaging stories and I found myself laughing at his jokes while he trimmed away. The end result? Sunset Lanes is located on E Island Highway in Parksville, B.C., just a 20 minute drive from north of Nanaimo. The installation of new scoring equipment and laminate lanes offers a fresh new look to your bowling experience. The lanes are wheelchair accessible and all lanes are equipped for bumper bowling for young children (and sometimes for adults too). There is a food bar with chicken wings, fries, hot dogs and pizza and a licensed sports lounge with several big screen TV's showing all major sporting events and NASCAR. Cosmic (Glow in the Dark) bowling is offered on the weekends. Call for times and reservations. There is plenty of parking and a family friendly atmosphere.
