I discovered that my Samsung Dryer wasn’t heating up anymore this morning and after some trouble shooting I decided to search for a repair technician who could come in on the same day. Luckily i stumbled upon this gem of a company. Rahman was quick to the point about the potential cause of the problem over the phone and came over later this afternoon. Turned out it was a faulty thermometer. The repair was quick and the price quoted was very reasonable. Would recommend this company any day!

My washer blew it's transmission, oil all over the floor. The service man came in, was very polite, clean looking and offered to remove his work shoes. The job was done, no mess left behind, he even wiped up the oil on the floor that I couldn't get at :) Found a part that needed replacing, not connected to the transmission, went all the way back to the shop and got the part and put it in, no charge....fabulous!! I called SOS Appliance Repair Toronto last Tuesday and They put me on their schedule for the following day at 11AM Their (employee/coworker) called me later that same night (Tuesday) and asked if I had availability for him to come earlier on Wednesday. Technician showed up, walked me through how to disassemble my dryer, check for lint built up, how to do routine maintenance, and he had the part to fix my dryer on hand!
