If I can give a 100 star for this shawarma in Canmore I will give it... I really love shawarma and wasting a single a penny in other shawarmas place, we travelled from Edmonton and pass by in this shawarma in Canmore and tried their chicken and beef shawarma!!! It was really best ever than I expected... the taste, the sauce and how the chicken so juicy... I really like it... highly recommended! You MUST TRY!

My name is Agnes Fatimeau and my family and I visit Banff seasonally espacially in the winter. Because we are from France and that we are used to very good food and wine pairing it has very difficult for us to accomodate ourselves in Canada but Giorgio's trattoria has been great for us everytime. They also have a fantastic wine list and they won a wine spectator award for it as well but the best of it all is the food and the service. If you ever go there try their Roselinne or their Duck breast it would be a sin not too!
