We opened our doors in 2010 and are centrally located at the corner of Stafford and Grosvenor. We run a full production school portrait business, taking photos in your school, then printing and packaging the products right here at our shop on Stafford Street.

HomeThirty-five years ago a small group of people from Bethel Mennonite Church had a vision of opening up a daycare to reach out to the surrounding community. This vision became Carter Day Care Centre and first operated out of the Bethel Church Parsonage. In 1992 the centre moved to the current location in the lower level of the church.Carter is open from Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 6:00pm all year round. The children that attend our centre are ages 2- 6. We serve 36 families made up from the surrounding community and Bethel Church.Our mission is to provide a safe, warm and loving place where children can grow and thrive in all physical, emotional, social areas. It is through indoor and outdoor play, circle time, singing, and many activities that we try and accomplish this mission. To support this mission and our everyday activities, the centre changed the name to Carter Early Learning Centre, Inc. in July 2010.Carter Early Learning Centre is an inclusive centre and we provide care for families with different physical and emotional needs.

The Corydon Community Centre is the collaboration of Sir John Franklin,River Heights, and Crescentwood Community Centres. Corydon Community Centre is working together to become a leader in community based provision of recreation, leisure and wellness programs. Amalgamation, based on City of Winnipeg Plan 2025, is a strategy of choice for Corydon Community Centre.

Our goal is to address the underlying cause of disease and guide patients to optimal health through effective, individualized, natural therapies that integrate the healing powers of body, mind, and spirit. We have 7 licensed and board-certified Naturopathic Doctors, and all are accepting new patients.
