This troupe also founded a dance school in 2012 under the direction of Pascale Hilaire. She specializes in traditional Haitian folk dances, but also provides courses in ballet, Hip Hop, Jazz and contemporary dances. She presented at l’Esplanade de la Place des Arts one of the oldest traditional dances, the Congo, also called the dance of love. This dance showcases women and their smiles, because in the past, it was with a smile that women courted men.

Dynamic, creative and resourceful since the age of 16, I helped community kids with their homework. So today, it is not surprising that I formed my own company, Eureka Academy Inc. The early youthful butterflies made me the ambitious woman that I am. My childhood dream has become a reality.
