I live here at Park Terrace...the managers are wonderful and eager to get the job done. They are friendly and courteous.The owners are fixing the apartments up with a new roof and doing the repairs to the main entrance ways...it is wonderful seeing where the money goes...when I see how well run this building is. I am very happy living here...and seeing how Park Terrace is cleaning everything up...we're like our neighborhood condos now...and the people living here are very pleasant and friendly.
