Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. I called Cambridge Garden Ctr yesterday asking for delivery of a cubic yard of garden soil. It was delivered by 10 am this morning!
Aries, the gentleman that delivered the soil maneuvered the truck boom around the tree limbs and to the upper level of our front yard to put the bag of soil exactly where I directed. I am delighted with the professionalism and service! This will save me moving all that soil up a grade by wheelbarrow.
